About The Position

As part of our Regional Consumer Group, the Sales Account Coordinator, Perfumery & Beauty, is a collaborative team player. This role manages multiple accounts and serves as a key liaison between Account Managers, Evaluators, Customer Care, and Lab teams. From new client onboarding through order processing once business is awarded, this position helps ensure each account runs smoothly. We are looking for a Sales Account Coordinator, Perfumery & Beauty with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to supporting a high-performing team.

Requirements

Ability to multi-task, solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service
Detail oriented, with a high level of organizational skills
Strong ability to work with data, along with excellent administrative and computer skills such as MS Office suite
Associate’s Degree required
minimum of 2 years administrative experience

Responsibilities

Facilitate clear, effective communication across Sales, Fragrance Development Managers, Technical teams, Sampling, Marketing, Application Labs, Perfumery, and the client
Leverage resources efficiently and effectively against targeted projects to increase success rates
Follow the flow of briefs from start to finish to ensure all needs of the client and brief are met on time, including receiving all briefs, discussing timelines, participants, resource teams and pricing with Account Managers
Ensure necessary safety and technical documentation, presentations, and all other client documentation meets the brief requirements and are submitted on time
Drive and execute projects, including initiating stability testing, ensuring oils and samples are sent on time, and entering submissions for briefs, supply chain notices, and price files
Schedule and prepare visitor agendas and arrange client meetings
