About The Position

Brio Real Estate is a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company focused on real estate credit. Brio supports Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”) investments across the globe. Role Purpose As a People & Culture Generalist at Brio, you'll be a hands-on member of a collaborative People & Culture team, gaining exposure to every aspect of the employee lifecycle. Based in Dallas with an in-office presence four days per week, this role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact from day one. You'll help deliver exceptional employee experiences while supporting core People & Culture initiatives across onboarding, employee experience, operations, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and talent programs. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for helping people.   • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in People & Culture, Human Resources, or People Operations fields.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, maintaining employee data, or administering HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees, providing timely and accurate guidance on People & Culture programs, policies, and processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Own employee data administration within Brio's People systems, ensuring all hires, job changes, compensation updates, organizational changes, and employee records are accurately entered, maintained, and audited.
  • Maintain employee records, organizational structures, and People data with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity across all systems and reports.
  • Support People & Culture operations through data entry, audits, reporting, and process administration, helping create efficient, scalable, and compliant people processes.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to support a seamless onboarding experience that enables new hires to quickly integrate, become productive, and feel connected to Brio's culture.
  • Review and audit employee transactions, payroll-related changes, and People data updates to help ensure employees are paid accurately and all personnel actions are processed correctly and on time.
  • Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities by providing employees with timely information, resolving routine inquiries, and ensuring an organized and positive employee experience.
  • Support employee engagement programs, company events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities that strengthen employee connection and reinforce Brio's values.
  • Develop and maintain People & Culture documentation, templates, procedures, and shared resources to drive consistency, efficiency, and ease of use across the function.
  • Prepare reports, conduct audits, and analyze People data to identify discrepancies, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights to the People & Culture team and business leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve People systems, workflows, and employee experiences, recommending and implementing solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
  • Support special projects and strategic People & Culture initiatives that contribute to the effectiveness, growth, and long-term success of the function.
