About The Position
The Associate Panel Build Technician assists in assembling and wiring industrial control panels and sub-assemblies, following work instructions and receiving training and guidance from senior technicians. The role is based in a production environment and includes assembling components, performing basic wiring and mounting, and developing skills in electrical assembly while following safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to follow written and visual technical instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of hand tools.
- Willingness to learn electrical assembly.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components using detailed work instructions.
- Perform basic wiring, labeling, and component mounting.
- Participate in training and skill development.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
- Support senior technicians in panel builds and electrical assembly tasks.
