About The Position
The Associate Panel Build Technician assists with assembling and wiring industrial control panels and sub-assemblies. The role follows work instructions and receives training and guidance from senior technicians. Work takes place in a production environment and includes standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Ability to follow written and visual technical instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of hand tools
- Willingness to learn electrical assembly
Responsibilities
- Assemble components using detailed work instructions
- Perform basic wiring, labeling, and component mounting
- Participate in training and skill development
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Support senior technicians in panel builds and electrical assembly tasks
