About The Position
The Associate Panel Build Technician assists in assembling and wiring industrial control panels and sub-assemblies by following work instructions, training, and guidance from senior technicians. The role includes assembling components, performing basic wiring and labeling, and mounting components while following safety and quality procedures. The technician participates in training and skill development and supports senior technicians with panel builds and electrical assembly tasks. The work takes place in a production environment and involves standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to follow written and visual technical instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of hand tools.
- Willingness to learn electrical assembly.
