About The Position

Getman Orthodontics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated full-time (4 days/wk) associate orthodontist to add to their thriving practices located in Arlington and Germantown, TN. We are seeking a candidate who is proficient in orthodontics, assertive, competitive, and an achievement-oriented leader. This role is for a candidate who is passionate about helping these successful practices grow to new heights in a busy environment while seeking to grow into a lead position. Requirements

  • Proficient in orthodontics.
  • Assertive, competitive, and an achievement-oriented leader.
  • Driven and flexible.
  • Open to all experience with a growth/leadership mindset.
  • Full-time opportunity (4 days per week w/ occasional Saturdays throughout the year).
  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
  • Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state of Tennessee.
  • Strong communication and commitment to patient-centered care.
