About The Position

Cambridge Eye Group is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist with a strong desire to provide compassionate care and excellent eye health and vision services for all patients. You’ll perform eye exams and diagnose any defects of the ocular system, including refractive error or pathology. You’ll also design individual treatment plans, recommend vision-enhancing products, and promote good eye health through patient education—on average, 10 patients are cared for daily. The practice is looking for a positive, inspiring professional with excellent communication skills, patience, and a dedication to helping people. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety. In addition, the ideal candidate will want to continuously develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors and be willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services. For the right Associate Optometrist, a practice partnership opportunity may be available.
