About The Position
Grand Vision Optometry is a thriving practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist committed to independent optometry and patient-centered care. This part-time opportunity offers coverage on Saturdays and provides a perfect work-life balance. The practice prides itself on providing exceptional eye care services to improve the quality of life for its patients. The team of skilled Optometrists and 15 employees work together cohesively to deliver comprehensive primary care services for the entire family, including hard-to-fit contact lenses and LASIK co-management. The practice also features same-day glasses for most prescriptions through the on-site optical lab and offers an extensive collection of eyewear from independent eyewear lines.
Requirements
- Skilled and compassionate Optometrist committed to independent optometry and patient-centered care.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care while operating as efficiently as possible.
- Excellent clinical and patient communication skills.
- Optometry license in the state of California.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hard-to-fit contact lenses.
- Experience with LASIK co-management.
Responsibilities
- Provide modern, comprehensive, and customized eye exams using the most current technology and advanced techniques.
- Perform patient examinations.
- Recommend vision-enhancing solutions.
- Educate patients about their ocular health.
- Conduct exams that are slotted every 30 minutes.
- Work alongside experienced eye doctors.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a dedicated team.

- Base daily pay of $525 - $550 per day
- Up to $100 daily bonus
