Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
Active Massachusetts Optometry License with Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents certification and glaucoma treatment privileges.
Active Massachusetts Optometrist Controlled Substance Registration.
Strong clinical judgment.
Accurate documentation habits.
Clear understanding of healthcare compliance and HIPAA requirements.
Collaborative, relationship-driven approach to full-scope patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide full-scope, patient-centered care in a collaborative, close-knit practice environment.
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations.
Prescribe corrective lenses.
Fit specialty contact lenses.
Manage medical ocular conditions such as glaucoma and dry eye.
