Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-1 year general experience.
1 year functional experience strongly desired.
Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Pass a drug test.
Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.

Responsibilities

Handling, moving, loading and unloading of materials by hand or by using a variety of material handling equipment.
Opening and sealing crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers.
Collecting, sorting, storing and distributing materials.
Processing orders from requisitions and dispensing stock items.
Assisting in inventory of stock, including stock rotation.
Shipping, receiving and processing of freight according to company policies and procedures.
Ensuring the orderly stocking and/or timely delivery of merchandise.
Maintaining and updating the purchase order system as shipments are received, cancelled, or back ordered.
Processing inventory paperwork.
Updating management on all inventory issues on a regular and as-needed basis.
Participating in activities including kit and bundle breakdown and component sorting.
