Logistic Supervisor

King City GardensCincinnati, OH
Onsite

About The Position

The Logistic Supervisor owns route planning and route optimization for all wholesale cannabis deliveries moving from King City Gardens' cultivation and production facility to licensed dispensary accounts throughout Cincinnati and directly manages the delivery driver team responsible for executing those routes. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the KCG facility. This role is critical to getting product from our facility onto dispensary shelves on time, in full, and in compliance with Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) transport requirements — while managing driver scheduling, safety, and performance day to day. King City Gardens is a single-state cannabis operator based in Ohio, growing and producing cannabis from cultivation through processing and manufacturing. We're building a logistics operation that reliably gets our products from our facility to dispensary partners across the state — and we're looking for a Logistic Supervisor to lead that effort. As our Logistic Supervisor, you'll plan and optimize the delivery routes that carry our wholesale cannabis products from our cultivation and distribution facility to licensed dispensary accounts throughout Cincinnati — and you'll manage the team of drivers who run those routes every day. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Forest Park facility. You'll be the person making sure deliveries run on time, drivers are supported and safe, and every load moves in full compliance with Ohio's cannabis transport regulations.
