About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Part-Time Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation. In this role, you will perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature. You will receive, log, batch, and distribute work, file, photocopy, and answer phones. You will also prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. You will regularly receive direction from a supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles. You will work under close supervision following established procedures.

Requirements

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

6+ months of Demonstrated experience with cash vault operations and high-volume cash handling, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance
Proficiency in 10‑key numerical data entry, with speed and attention to detail
Hands-on experience filling orders and processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately
Working knowledge of cash sorting machines, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling financial materials
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting with minimal supervision
Experience in a demanding, deadline-driven operational environment requiring consistency and reliability
