About The Position

Passumpsic Bank is looking for a bright, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our organization as a Operations Processor. The right individual will have opportunities to grow to management positions within the organization. This role is for a self-motivated and self-directed individual who works well in a team environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • two years exposure to job related activities
  • A degree of maturity necessary to function in activities beyond standard routines
  • Desire and willingness to engage in professional development programs

Responsibilities

  • Set Up customer account files, ensuring completeness of necessary information, including OFAC and CIP
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for administrative and investment officers & Financial Consultants
  • Perform wire transfers, check requests, and payment of bills as required through accounting system in conjunction with Accutech Systems
  • Prepare meeting agendas and compile necessary meeting materials for the Trust & Investment Services Committee (T&ISC), Trust Investment Committee (TIC), and the Trust Administration Committee (TAC)
  • Take minutes at TIC & TAC
  • Receive confirmations from brokers on security trades and enters them onto the accounting system
  • Actively participate on Sub-committees within bank for regulatory purposes and organizational teamwork
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business, and direct customers to appropriate officers.
  • Compose and type routine correspondence, responsible for frequent bulk mailings to clients and COI’s
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mails
  • Responsible for calculation of Internal Money Market Rate and conveying information to appropriate parties and documentation thereof.
  • Works with Financial Consultants and our Brokerage firm Infinex Securities to help with documentation and coordination of customer files.
  • Will be responsible for special projects as assigned. First project will be transitioning paper files for the department into digital.
