Perform complex operational support tasks. Provide support on escalated questions. Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.

Requirements

4+ years of Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency in Word.
Attention to detail.
Ability to learn.
Email language and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with workflows, customer details, account specifications in a larger Lockbox database.
Lockbox specific experience.
Investigative and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Support Operations; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Operations impact.
Perform complex operational support tasks.
Provide support on escalated questions.
Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.
Help maintain reports in Excel and Word.
Review requests in AES (Automated Enrollment Solution) across multiple sites, including attachments, to execute the process for the request.
Add information to each request and balance requests at the end of the week.
Investigate and utilize computer skills.
Handle customer service at a different level, relating to sales and the client.
Utilize email language and communication skills.
