About The Position

Our Professional Services team plays a critical role in helping customers successfully adopt and realize value from our products. We partner closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from closed deals to fully executed projects. As part of the Professional Services Operations team, you’ll contribute to how work gets done behind the scenes—supporting project setup, quoting, and operational workflows that directly impact customer experience and business scalability. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, administration, or a similar field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and efficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SaaS, Professional Services, or project-based environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or PSA platforms (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce)
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., revenue, billing, project budgets)
  • Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Convert closed opportunities into active projects within Salesforce and PSA systems
  • Ensure project setup is accurate, complete, and aligned with financial and reporting requirements
  • Act as a backup to the primary Operations Analyst for project creation
  • Review incoming quote requests for completeness and clarity
  • Generate quotes for standard service offerings using predefined templates and pricing models
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all standard quotes
  • Update project and financial data within Salesforce and related systems
  • Ensure alignment between opportunity, quote, and project records

  • Manage queue-based requests (e.g., project setup, updates) within defined SLAs
  • Help reduce turnaround time for quoting and project creation
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and automation
  • Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and Delivery teams to clarify inputs
  • Escalate non-standard or unclear requests as needed
