This role supports the strategic management of an assigned national account portfolio. The Associate National Account Director will partner with leadership and agency contacts to build and maintain strong client relationships. This position collaborates with National Account Group Leadership and Client Stakeholders in the optimization and execution of multi-channel account programs. The role also supports renewal efforts for assigned accounts, including preparation and coordination, and assists in selling agency services to franchisee locations when applicable. The Associate National Account Director will participate in daily or weekly standups with the National Account Manager (NAM), identify concerns, track progress, and adjust priorities as needed. Additionally, this role supports pre-client “retention” preparation by reviewing recent campaign performance, current program structure, gathering insights on competitor and industry trends, and preparing recommendations and enhancement ideas for internal review. The Associate National Account Director assists in facilitating and preparing for Monthly Planning Meetings, contributes to monthly campaign performance analysis, and supports the development of planning recommendations. They also assist in campaign review and execution (creative, routing, channels), provide input on list selection and campaign setup, and support the development and maintenance of an annual learning agenda by assisting in tracking performance, insights, and budget alignment. For accounts with Franchisee Opportunity, the role involves following up on inbound leads in a timely manner (initial contact within 12 hours of notification), consistent follow-up to qualify opportunities, and supporting outbound prospecting efforts. This includes contributing to maintaining and updating inactive franchisee lists, participating in outreach efforts and call activity, and assisting in preparing weekly call logs and tracking outreach activity.
