About The Position

The Associate National Account Manager is responsible for working in tandem with the Distribution National Account Manager to achieve sales and market development quotas, ensuring customer intimacy and satisfaction, supporting market share gains, and ensuring the effective ROI of sales and marketing investment strategies. The primary focus will be on supporting and executing go-to-market strategies and programs for CPDI products & services, as well as adjacent Eaton datacenter product lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or channel marketing experience in the IT Channel
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Distribution National Account Manager to help drive trade sales of CPDI products and services to meet revenue and margin objectives within the distribution channels.
  • Assist with facilitating / growing partner enablement, new partner recruitment, partner certifications, etc. through Eaton’s Power Advantage Program.
  • Contribute to management and execution of Channel Marketing programs.
  • Help develop and execute CPDI (Eaton and Tripp-Lite) brand and specific messaging to drive sales growth and market adoption.
  • Promotion of strategic sales plans to maximize sales growth across Eaton’s full product portfolio of hardware, software and services (conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, Quarterly Product Roadmap calls, New Product Introductions, etc.).
  • Work with distribution partner to come up with best practices to help drive efficiencies.
  • Relay key market trends, competitor initiatives, etc. to distribution sales team that could impact sales and Eaton positioning in the marketplace.
  • Providing technical and solution based product training.
  • Direct the proper integration, execution, deployment, implementation, and sustainability of front-end initiative tools such as SalesForce.com.
