About The Position

What you will be doing: Involve in the development, structuring, and financing of a wide range of transactions. Regularly attend internal and client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions. Produce analysis and models on leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flows, mergers and acquisitions accretion and dilution, and multiple valuation. Prepare memoranda for internal and external use. Analyze financial data and conduct research of targeted industries. Assist in the execution and coordination of complex transactions and time-sensitive processes, including due diligence and valuation analysis. Draft client marketing and pitch materials. Maintain active involvement and participation in client-facing situations and negotiations. Provide mentorship and development to junior staff.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and team-oriented with excellent leadership records.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent).
  • Knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions.
