About The Position

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Richmond University Medical Center (RUMC) is seeking a dynamic and strategic physician leader to serve as Associate Medical Director. RUMC is a community hospital on Staten Island with an Emergency Department spanning 35,000 square feet, managing an annual patient volume of approximately 55,117 with an 18% admission rate. RUMC is a Level 1 ACS verified Adult Trauma Center, a Level 2 ACS verified Pediatric Trauma Center, and a JC certified Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center.
