About The Position

Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet company, is hiring an Associate Master Data Analyst in Englewood, Colorado. The role owns and maintains the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data in the SAP ERP system. This includes managing material and vendor profiles, bills of materials, and product hierarchies that support the global supply chain. The position requires onsite presence at the Englewood location and involves less than 5% overnight travel.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with master data management.
Ability to follow, with minimal supervision, the development and establishment of technical business processes in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of how master data elements affect different areas of the business and how effective processes and controls mitigate risk.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing, deliver clear and convincing presentations, and explain and justify recommendations.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, and ability to use Excel and other queries to collect, modify, and report findings.

Nice To Haves

Four-year degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school preferred.
SAP ERP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain master data in the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy.
Follow data quality standards based on ERP system and business requirements.
Follow master data collection and cleansing processes so stakeholders provide complete and accurate information in accordance with established standards, including reviews and approvals where appropriate.
Assist with research, analysis, and remediation of master data issues that affect downstream reporting and analysis.
Perform data quality audits and analysis to ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
