Associate Marketing Specialist
About The Position
As our Associate Marketing Specialist, you'll be an essential part of the marketing team, ensuring projects, events, and marketing resources are well organized and executed efficiently. You'll work closely with Product Development, Sales, and outside vendors to coordinate marketing activities, manage assets, and support the successful execution of company initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy projects and takes pride in keeping teams organized and informed. Your work will help ensure marketing initiatives, product launches, and events run smoothly through thoughtful planning, communication, and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain marketing assets, ensuring materials are organized, up to date, and readily available.
- Coordinate all aspects of tradeshow and event logistics, including schedules, registrations, booth materials, shipping, vendor communication, and event timelines.
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating activities across Product Development, Sales, and other internal departments.
- Assist with the development, review, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain marketing databases, inventory, and other administrative resources that support the marketing team.
