Reporting to the Director of CRM & Content, the Associate Marketing Manager, Digital Content will play an integral role on the digital team and contribute to the ongoing growth trajectory of Peet’s online business. We are seeking a passionate and creative AMM, Digital Content to play a key role in elevating Peet's Coffee's digital presence and enhancing our online customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and executing compelling digital content across various digital platforms, including our Peets.com website. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for coffee and a creative mindset to help us engage and inspire coffee enthusiasts worldwide. Duration: June 29, 2026 – December 4, 2026 Location: Emeryville, CA – Hybrid, 3 days onsite Schedule: Part-Time Hourly: $65-70/hr. What You Will Do

Requirements

  • Experienced in content management and web development, with proficiency in onsite merchandising
  • Customer-focused, with a solid understanding of e-commerce and marketing fundamentals
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to evaluate performance and recommend next steps

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a site calendar detailing scheduled campaigns
  • Oversee and update the content on Peet’s website ensuring it remains up-to-date, informative and user friendly - this includes seasonal sales, omni-channel support and our Holiday experiences
  • Execute creative briefs and kick offs, partner with the content and creative teams to execute creatives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content tracking key metrics
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including marketing, design, and Dev to ensure consistent delivery of brand messaging and promotions including for product or partnership launches
  • Lead strategy, content execution and reporting for our SEO initiatives (AI and traditional SEO) with our agency partner
