About The Position

We are looking for an organized and strategy-driven Marketing Admin Coordinator to join the Pali Mountain marketing team. This role goes beyond administrative coordination; we need someone who can create compelling content, understand campaign performance, and take real ownership of execution across social media, email marketing, and digital channels. You will work directly with the Creative Brand Marketing Manager to produce content, manage social campaigns, analyze performance data, and support the growth of four unique divisions: Pali Adventures, Pali Institute, Pali Institute Acton, and Pali Retreat. The ideal candidate is a strong executor with excellent organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for mission-driven marketing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping projects moving behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience (internships ok)
  • Proven ability to create content that performs — design, video, or copywriting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms: GA4, Meta Analytics, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics
  • Strong design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom)
  • Strong Video Production Knowledge for short content
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar email marketing/CRM platforms
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Clear communicator, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be micromanaged

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a multi-brand or multi-division organization.
  • Familiarity with Google Looker Studio or similar data visualization tools
  • Knowledge in Sales and Content Funnel for marketing strategies
  • Script writing experience for ads or short-form video content
  • Experience managing or contributing to Meta Ads campaigns
  • HTML and Javascript knowledge for emails and landing pages
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and/or email marketing platforms.
  • Background in or passion for outdoor education, summer camps, or youth-focused brands

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube aligned with brand goals, seasonal campaigns, and sales objectives
  • Create high-performing organic and paid content including short-form videos, reels, graphics, photo edits, motion graphics, and ad creatives
  • Produce original content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and other creative platforms
  • Write scripts, hooks, captions, creative briefs, and campaign messaging tailored to different audiences and platforms
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
  • Maintain a detailed content calendar and organized digital asset library to support cross-team collaboration and campaign execution
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, trending audio, and emerging content styles to keep campaigns fresh and relevant
  • Assist in content capture during events, productions, and on-campus activities, including photography and videography when needed
  • Schedule and publish content; monitor engagement, comments, and DMs across platforms
  • Build and design email campaigns in HubSpot, including custom HTML modules, Full Template creation and landing page components
  • Manage contact lists, tags, and audience segmentation to support targeted campaigns
  • Pull performance reports and analyze key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) to inform strategy
  • Support workflow automation and CRM hygiene in HubSpot
  • Create ad creatives (static, video, carousel) aligned with campaign goals and funnel stage
  • Write ad copy and scripts optimized for conversion
  • Monitor active paid campaigns on Meta (and other platforms) and flag performance issues
  • Support basic campaign launches and creative testing in Meta Ads, and Youtube Ads
  • Track and report on performance across GA4, Meta Analytics, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Analytics
  • Identify top-performing and underperforming content and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Pull routine analytics reports for weekly and monthly review
  • Make content updates to the website (images, text, Hubspot Banners, promotional content)
  • Monitor basic site engagement metrics and flag conversion issues to the marketing manager
  • Assist with uploading blogs, event pages, and campaign landing pages
  • Maintain organized folders for digital assets including logos, videos, photos, and templates inside Marketing Server
  • Manage usage rights tracking and ensure current branding is used.
  • Track deliverables and deadlines for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in executing campaign rollouts based on strategy provided.
  • Support coordination of marketing materials for events, PR, and community partnerships.
  • Support printing, ordering, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Track vendor communication, quotes, and sample requests.
  • Prepare internal marketing updates and summary decks.
