About The Position

This role involves implementing and analyzing manufacturing plans and projects, designing, developing, and transferring manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems. The position also focuses on developing manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes, interfacing with engineering for new product releases, estimating manufacturing costs, determining time standards, and recommending tooling and process requirements. Additionally, the role requires maintaining records and reporting systems for the coordination of manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Completed Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and/or Pro-E
• Knowledge in Six Sigma
• Knowledge in technical writing
• Knowledge in MS Project and/or MS SharePoint
