The Associate Manager Spurs & Franchise Ticket Operations is responsible for leading ticket operations strategy, administration, and execution for assigned Spurs Sports & Entertainment franchise properties, with primary ownership of Austin Spurs ticket operations and operational support for the San Antonio Spurs and San Antonio FC. This role exercises independent judgment in managing ticketing systems, event builds, pricing and inventory controls, operational workflows, and cross-functional ticketing initiatives. The Associate Manager evaluates sales performance, inventory trends, market activity, and operational needs to make pricing, inventory, and process recommendations and to implement approved operational adjustments that support revenue goals, event readiness, and fan experiences The position serves as a key business operations partner to Ticket Sales, Group Sales, Membership Services, Marketing, Finance, Venue Operations, and other internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for identifying operational risks, resolving ticketing issues, improving ticketing processes, and ensuring accurate and efficient execution across assigned events and properties. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented professional with strong ticketing operations expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
