About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is looking for an innovative, collaborative, and strategic professional to join our Tampa team as an Associate Marketing Manager. This role supports the execution of shopper marketing programs that drive product visibility, sales, and brand loyalty in a fast-paced consumer market. The Associate Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional teams, partner with retailers, and support sales and brand initiatives across multiple channels. This role blends creativity and project management, with responsibilities ranging from shopper marketing plans to event execution and digital media support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, shopper marketing, or brand management, preferably within CPG or retail environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting spend, and evaluating program performance.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs, including retail activations and experiential initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborative mindset with proven success working within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Lifecycle, Accounting, and Creative teams to align on brand priorities and drive integrated execution.
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies with key retail partners to enhance product positioning, visibility, and in-store performance.
  • Own and ensure consistency of brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints and channels.
  • Oversee field marketing requests for signage, merchandising materials, and promotional assets, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales tools, presentations, and post-activation recaps to support business objectives and stakeholder communication.
  • Plan and manage experiential marketing initiatives, including sampling programs, retail activations, and local market events.
  • Manage marketing fund allocations, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, financial controls, and budget targets.
  • Lead vendor sourcing and relationship management for branded merchandise and promotional materials, optimizing cost and quality.
  • Oversee budget tracking, invoicing processes, and project financials to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Drive project execution by partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with strategic objectives.
