About The Position

The Associate Regional Engagement Manager - Field leads execution of strategies that enhance the client's associate and customer experience with Bread Financial products. This role is pivotal in providing recommendations to maximize performance and is accountable for the overall team's performance to ensure portfolio acquisition and sales goals are met. This role is critical in optimizing resources, human capital, and ensuring the execution of strategies to maximize performance and productivity.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
5-8 years experience in retail, banking, fintech, or similar industry.
2+ years leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in department
Facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail, or Communications.
5+ years experience leading, emphasis on leading remote/virtual teams.
8+ years' experience in a sales-driven retail environment, including influencing performance across multiple locations or teams.
