We currently have an opportunity for a Associate Manager, Product Management & Sourcing to join our team located at our Corporate Office-maurices-Duluth, MN 55802. Role Purpose: The Associate Manager, Product Management and Sourcing generally oversee on one or two departments in partnership with a Manager or Director.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
2+ years of experience in product management and sourcing, or related roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate, influence vendors, and collaborate cross functionally with internal & external partners
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to execute product management & sourcing initiatives
Supports supplier relationships, owns cost engineering and negotiations, contributing to cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and streamline processes in the product development lifecycle.
Manages fabric prepositioning along with owning liability utilization plan.
Manages overseeing production timelines and troubleshooting internal/external issues to meet due dates.
Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance sourcing strategies and product quality.
Manages product and vendor allocation, facilitates vendor performance evaluation in support of sourcing strategy.
Support the mentorship and development of direct report(s).
Provide administrative support to the Product Management and Sourcing teams as needed.
