We currently have an opportunity for a Associate Manager, Product Management & Sourcing to join our team located at our Corporate Office-maurices-Duluth, MN 55802. Role Purpose: The Associate Manager, Product Management and Sourcing generally oversee on one or two departments in partnership with a Manager or Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management and sourcing, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence vendors, and collaborate cross functionally with internal & external partners
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to execute product management & sourcing initiatives
  • Supports supplier relationships, owns cost engineering and negotiations, contributing to cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and streamline processes in the product development lifecycle.
  • Manages fabric prepositioning along with owning liability utilization plan.
  • Manages overseeing production timelines and troubleshooting internal/external issues to meet due dates.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance sourcing strategies and product quality.
  • Manages product and vendor allocation, facilitates vendor performance evaluation in support of sourcing strategy.
  • Support the mentorship and development of direct report(s).
  • Provide administrative support to the Product Management and Sourcing teams as needed.
