The Influencer Associate Manager supports the Sr. Manager in developing and executing influencer strategies that align with Anthropologie Group’s mission and growth goals. This role requires serving as the team’s functional expert on paid partnership strategy, training and coaching teammates, and planning with cross-functional partners to ensure that all initiatives ladder back to the overarching go-to-market strategy. By managing external agency and influencer partnerships, you will maintain strategic alignment and drive program performance through innovative, culturally relevant campaigns. This role is responsible for enhancing brand awareness and community engagement while overseeing campaign execution, local activations, quarterly recaps, and monthly budget management.
