About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on operator to own critical aspects of a new business focused on reducing restaurants’ costs. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain function—from sourcing and vendor management to demand forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics execution. You will own relationships with key external partners including suppliers and third-party logistics providers, and ensure we are able to deliver high in-stock rates while maintaining strong unit economics. You will also partner internally with stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to build a reliable and cost-efficient supply chain. This is a highly cross-functional and externally-facing role that requires strong ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while building from 0→1.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, consulting, or high-growth or early-stage startups.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, getting to the lowest level of detail, building processes from scratch, and scaling them over time.
  • Analytical and data-driven – can run analyses and manipulate datasets; SQL experience is strongly preferred.
  • Clear communicator and relationship builder – can influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Business acumen – understand how supply chain decisions impact cost, margin, and customer experience.
  • Strong sense of ownership – take responsibility for outcomes and move quickly to solve problems.
  • Bias for action and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Excited to leverage AI to improve productivity and decision-making, and ready to learn and adapt alongside this evolving technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving. Actively exploring and applying AI in day-to-day work, bringing a beginner’s mindset and curiosity as you continuously learn and adapt alongside evolving technology.
