About The Position

You will be the Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Palmdale Fabrication, Assembly, and Tooling team which is responsible for delivering 5th Generation Edge production excellence. As the Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading multiple first‑line leaders, coordinating cross‑functional effort, and ensuring the second‑shift operation consistently exceeds performance goals.

Requirements

Experience leading in a Union environment
Experience in a Full Spectrum Leadership code leading other leaders or team leads in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with shop floor operating systems Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Active Secret Clearance required to apply
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
