The Associate Manager, Human Resources plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of HR operations across The Digital Stronghold. This position is ideal for a highly organized HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence, employee support, and recruiting coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a strong employee and candidate experience. You will partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and external partners—including our PEO, to support recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, talent processes, and HR systems management. This is a hybrid remote position based in Western Pennsylvania or Ohio with occasional travel as needed.
