About The Position

The purpose of this role is to conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to be realized through in-person and online events. The Associate Manager, Event Management organizes and oversees event planning, communications, promotions, creative, lead generation, and reporting. The position is with Dentsu Creative in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Oversee conference venue logistics before and during events, including scheduling, space usage, conference setup, vendor management, audiovisual services, and catering.
• Lead event planning and production meetings and discussions.
• Develop event marketing strategies and tactics with the Event Marketing Manager or Director and execute them for in-person and virtual meetings, including creating internal and external communications.
• Drive lead generation and determine return on investment for marketing events.
