About The Position

The Associate Manager, Long Term Disability Operations is responsible for a team that works in collaboration with our national regional offices to deliver strategic, best-in-class disability management services. Reporting to the Director of Disability Operations, this Associate Manager role is accountable for the effective delivery of the LTD team. This includes the support and application of effective disability management practices and procedures.

Requirements

Knowledge of Group Disability and best-in-class service delivery.
Strong PC proficiency, including MS Office Suite.
