About The Position

The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing at rhode plays a key role in executing and evolving the brand’s digital presence across paid media, email, sms, and affiliate channels in partnership with senior managers. The role will support the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns while serving as a critical connector across the ecommerce, marketing, operations, and creative teams. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified, experienced digital marketing professional has a sharp eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and the instincts to know when to escalate and when to run.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related field, ideally within beauty, fashion, CPG, or a DTC brand.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across ecommerce, creative, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Asana, Figma, or equivalent; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping details.
  • Works independently across a wide range of challenges, selecting the right course of action using evaluation and judgment.
  • Enhances relationships with senior internal and external partners, often through clear communication, proactive updates, and the ability to persuade and influence cross-functionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital marketing & affiliate platforms such as Shopify, Ads Manager tools (TikTok, Meta, Google), Klaviyo, Postcript, Attentive, LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, GA4 is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support execution and quality assurance across CRM (Email & SMS), paid media, affiliate, and creator marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
  • Build, QA, and test all campaigns and automations ensuring flawless execution from setup through deployment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and account health while assisting with day-to-day optimizations and platform maintenance.
  • Support segmentation strategy and execution across email and SMS channels.
  • Set up and monitor A/B tests across email and SMS; synthesize results into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, marketing trackers, and documentation to support business insights and performance analysis.
  • Support affiliate operations, creator gifting, partner communications, and cross- functional coordination to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Support post-send performance tracking and contribute to ongoing channel optimization.
  • Conduct competitive research, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate campaign operations, including creative trafficking, project management, testing calendars, audience segmentation, and A/B testing across marketing channels.
  • Project manage email and SMS campaigns end-to-end - own the briefing process, coordinate asset delivery timelines, and keep cross-functional partners aligned and on schedule.
  • Serve as operational connector to drive digital expression of the brand alongside ecommerce team and cross-functional partners in creative, brand, social, and operations to keep stakeholders aligned, informed, and moving.
  • Partner with ecommerce team on campaign landing pages, promotional & go-to- market execution and inventory alignment, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
