The associate manager, Creative Operations will oversee content review and approvals across assigned workstreams, ensuring deliverables are executed on time and aligned with strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage timelines and production schedules. This role also focuses on balancing multiple priorities, identifying risks, optimizing processes, and building strong partnerships while supporting continuous improvement and team knowledge sharing. Requirements

  • Ability to function effectively in an ambiguous environment with the flexibility to change course as required to respond to new situations
  • Expert communicator and ability to communicate concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability & willingness to learn new technologies & concepts quickly. Interest in technology & digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems
  • BA/BS with concentration in business, marketing, technology or similar field required
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box to achieve results.
  • Able to execute best-in-class vendor management processes with minimal oversight. Understands digital production & operations vendors and their capabilities.
  • Ability & willingness to learn new technologies & concepts quickly. Interest in technology & digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for print and digital content routing and approval within specified workstreams.
  • Proactively builds strong relationships both inside and outside of the Creative Production team to ensure cross-functional collaboration and connection.
