About The Position

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. Our Disney Entertainment TV teams work on tune in and streaming for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. We live movies and TV. If you do too, see below for an opportunity to join our team. OMG23 is looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed Project Manager to help bring Disney’s digital campaigns to life. You’ll be the link between clients, creative agencies, and media partners—making sure every ad looks great, works right, and launches on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Media Planning, Digital Production/Project Management, Advertising Operations or Publishing
  • Excel and Photoshop savvy
  • Experience and knowledge working with IAB standard banner sizes and 1st and 3rd party tags
  • Highly organized with next-level attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex feedback
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
  • Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital ad production from kickoff to launch
  • Coordinate creative needs, timelines, and approvals across teams
  • Coordinate creative kick-off calls with internal stakeholders
  • Route and organize creative assets (art, logos, video, copy)
  • Communicate with Ad Ops to ensure creative assets are trafficked and set live correctly and on time
  • Create and manage spec sheets
  • Maintain quality control—check test pages, review live ads, and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide clear communicate related to status and next steps for all project items with internal media teams, creative agencies, and clients
  • Escalate issues around production and delivery to appropriate stakeholders
  • Share creative insights and help shape smarter media solutions
  • Support brainstorms and performance reviews with actionable ideas
