The Creative Project Manager unlocks the full potential of our creative team by owning how work gets done. As the central operator across all creative output, this role brings clarity, structure, and momentum to a fast-paced, high-demand environment—ensuring projects move from concept to delivery without friction. At the core of this role is ownership of intake and prioritization with strong judgment, balancing matchday needs, revenue-driving design and production initiatives, and long-term brand work to ensure the right projects are moving at the right time. You’ll eliminate inefficiencies, reduce last-minute fire drills, and ensure every project starts with a clear, actionable brief—freeing creatives to do their best work. This role requires a bias for action and the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, ever-changing conditions. You’ll push work forward, remove obstacles, and influence teams across the organization—aligning stakeholders and holding timelines without direct authority. Working closely with Brand Marketing leadership, you’ll play a critical role in scaling creative output across Sounders FC and Reign FC by building systems that enable speed, consistency, and quality. You will also continuously evaluate and leverage emerging technologies—including AI-driven tools—to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance creative operations.
