About The Position

The Las Vegas Raiders are seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to support the Creative Services team in managing creative requests, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring consistency across all creative outputs. This role is responsible for guiding projects from intake through delivery, ensuring all requests are clear, complete, and ready for execution. The Creative Project Manager will also play an important role in maintaining consistency of messaging across multiple deliverables by helping ensure updates are reflected across all formats and platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects at once, with strong organizational and copywriting skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, copywriting, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience writing, editing, and reviewing copy
  • Experience with project management platform tools such as Asana, Adobe, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with print production workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of project management tools; Asana experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming requests to understand objectives and help identify the appropriate assets or deliverables needed to support those goals
  • Manage intake, organization, and tracking of all creative requests using Asana
  • Review incoming requests for clarity and completeness, flagging missing information before work begins
  • Help prioritize projects and maintain timelines across multiple workstreams
  • Support planning and organization of recurring initiatives (e.g., season campaigns, Training Camp, major events, and tentpole moments)
  • Provide visibility into project timelines and deliverables across the team
  • Create and maintain a centralized, up-to-date source of content for campaigns, events, and marketing materials
  • Ensure copy updates are consistently applied across all related assets (e.g., website, print materials, digital screens, video, and on-site collateral)
  • Coordinate across multiple contributors working on different deliverables to maintain alignment
  • Write, edit, and refine copy for marketing, advertising, digital, social, and print assets
  • Review and improve copy provided by internal teams for clarity, tone, and consistency
  • Proofread deliverables to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the Raiders brand voice and the purpose of each asset
  • Serve as the Creative team’s primary Asana resource: Maintain workflows, templates, and organization; Help ensure consistent usage across teams
  • Stay informed on new tools and technologies, including AI, that may support creative workflows
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing tools that improve efficiency and organization
  • Help document and improve internal processes over time
  • When needed, coordinate with vendors to request quotes, timelines, and specifications
  • Share options with internal teams for review and approval
  • Help ensure production details align with project needs
