The company is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented project manager to oversee the execution, workflow, and delivery of all creative projects across the organization. This role will work closely with the Creative Director to manage project timelines, priorities, resources, and communication with internal teams, external agencies, and freelance talent. The Creative Project Manager will be the operational backbone of the creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of creative production workflows, stakeholder management, asset organization, budget management, and proficiency in Monday.com. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, Project Management or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, agency traffic management or related role.
  • Deep proficiency with Monday.com required.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, collaboration tools, and marketing workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects from intake through delivery and archiving.
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, milestones, and deliverables within Monday.com.
  • Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor all project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and post-project recaps.
  • Manage the creative budget, including invoices and monthly reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to develop and refine workflow processes to improve efficacy, collaboration, and output quality.
  • Coordinate daily workflow across the in-house creative team, agencies, vendors, and freelance partners.
  • Assist the Creative Director in prioritizing creative requests and balancing workloads across teams.
  • Allocate resources appropriately to ensure deadlines and business priorities are met across multiple Hornblower business units.
  • Maintain clear communication between the creative, marketing, campaign planning, and leadership teams.
  • Manage creative intake requests and ensure all projects include complete briefs, timelines, approvals, and required assets.
  • Track project approvals and feedback rounds to ensure timely revisions and final delivery.
  • Maintain consistency in brand standards, file naming conventions, version control, and asset organization.
  • Oversee the archiving and organization of completed projects and creative assets for future accessibility.
  • Oversee the Creative DAM (digital asset manager), including developing naming and tagging conventions, file management, and asset licensing and permissions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Monday.com and support ongoing optimization of workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting.
  • Train team members and collaborators on project management best practices and system usage.
  • Generate campaign summaries, reports, and project status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
