Role: Associate Manager, Brand & Sales Enablement Status: Regular, Full Time Reports to: Senior Manager, Brand Location: Markham Compensation: $74,817 - $118,211 Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay. Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Summary The Associate Manager, Brand & Sales Enablement plays a critical role in scaling how the brand shows up across the sales experience. This role owns the development and execution of sales enablement materials nationally, ensuring tools are effective, consistent, and aligned to brand standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand, this individual will also support brand governance across the organization – reviewing materials, guiding teams, and improving how brand standards are applied in practice. This is an ideal role for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer with strong design capability and a passion for turning brand strategy into tangible, high-impact tools.
