Associate Manager Brand and Consumer Insights Job Summary: Are you passionate about understanding consumer behavior and driving brand growth? As an Associate Brand and Consumer Insights Manager, working closely with a Senior Brand and Consumer Insights Manager, you will be the voice of the consumer and shopper, ensuring our businesses operate with empathy and a deep understanding of consumer needs. With our business units prioritizing consumer insights at every phase of the brand journey—from innovation to shelf—you'll significantly impact business results across our categories. You'll have the opportunity to work on historical brands that have transformed lives, unlocking valuable insights that fuel brand innovation and enhance household penetration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market research fundamentals.
  • Experience crafting surveys, screeners, discussion guides and analytic plans, and/or moderating consumer research highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience in consumer insights, analytics, brand management, or strategy focused role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key learning opportunities that align with specific business initiatives, including new product development, market execution, and shopper and category insights.
  • Research & Knowledge Gathering: Develop and execute comprehensive learning plans using agency resources or self-directed research tailored to meet specific research objectives.
  • Influencing Stakeholders: Present actionable insights effectively through compelling presentations, reports, and other mediums to ensure knowledge absorption and drive tangible business impact.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insights generation to continuously enhance our strategies.
