Learn about our company culture directly from our team . YOU As an Associate Machine Operator you will be responsible for Screw Collation. This position reports directly to the Department Manager and is supported by the department’s Team Lead(s). This position works a Monday - Thursday shift – 5:00 am to 3:30 p.m. with overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Able to be on time and perform SOP (standard Operators Procedures)
• Be able to be on your feet for 10-hour days.
• Be capable of troubleshooting minor issues with production.
• Be able to do your quality checks.
• Be a team player.
• Be able to follow instructions.
• Be able to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Running Collation Machine. (80%)
• Trouble shooting minor machine issues (bowl jams, decoil product). (10%)
• Packaging product and Housekeeping. (10%)
