About the position
The Associate, ML Engagement Management is a critical role on OfferFit's Implementation team. As an EM, you will be responsible for all phases of the program execution process, including designing, configuring, and expanding OfferFit use cases. This role requires expertise in technical program delivery, process engineering, and relationship building with customer stakeholders. The EM will also contribute to OfferFit's product strategy and ensure a customer-centric product roadmap. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, lead the AI transformation in marketing technology, and be part of a fast-paced and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Own all phases of OfferFit use case delivery working alongside OfferFit implementation engineers and customer executives, marketers, and IT stakeholders
- Run design sessions with customers to decide on and document use case requirements and integration approach
- Champion delivery & project management excellence through development of process playbooks and best practices
- Conduct analyses on project health and deliverables
- Build relationships with key stakeholders at OfferFit customers
- Communicate customer needs to OfferFit’s product & marketing teams to ensure a customer-centric product roadmap
- Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy
Requirements
- Passionate about technical program delivery, process engineering, defining strategy, and championing best practices
- Expert in developing relationships with customer stakeholders
- Experience in designing, configuring, and expanding use cases
- Ability to run design sessions with customers to decide on and document use case requirements and integration approach
- Knowledge of delivery and project management excellence
- Proficient in conducting analyses on project health and deliverables
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate customer needs to product and marketing teams
- Participation in determining product strategy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and creativity
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and have direct, challenging conversations
- Passion for new technologies and their potential impact on business-as-usual
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Clear and persuasive communication skills in both writing and speech.
