About The Position

Support the F-35 Hardware Delivery Team in the accurate and timely delivery of flight hardware from the Malabar, Florida production facility. The selected candidate will work as part of a team to meet and maintain work standards, prioritize multiple assignments to meet schedules, and perform the essential functions of the role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, or 2 years of post-secondary education/an associate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of database applications such as Access and Sunflower.

Responsibilities

Maintain a 100% on-time delivery rate for all F-35 Avionics contracts and deliveries.
Assess schedule executability before purchase order acceptance.
Create and maintain all delivery lists.
Review customer reports to ensure customer systems align with the Harris delivery list.
Resolve purchase order and delivery list mismatches.
Work with customers to update delivery dates and purchase order dates as needed.
Assess the executability of customer delivery change requests.
Strategically manage shipping windows.
Accurately forecast shipments internally and externally.
Plan shipments strategically across PAs.
Prioritize shipments across PAs.
Report delivery status to the internal team and internal and external customers.
Work with the shipping and receiving team and customers to resolve shipping issues.
