About The Position

The ClearPar Loan Operations division is seeking a professional with excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills located in the US to join our global Loan Platforms Account Services Team. ClearPar is the first fully operational provider of par and distressed loan closing and recordkeeping services for the syndicated loan market. Through a unique combination of experienced personnel and electronic processing, hardware, and software, ClearPar has built a single platform system to address market demands for efficient settlement of par loan closings. The Loan Platforms Account Services team is responsible for all account setups across multiple platforms and support of all users on our systems. The successful candidate will form a key part of the Loan Platforms team, responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our Syndicated Loan Market offering, as well as supporting the questions and requests of our internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to handle stressful customer situations with patience and poise
  • Ability to organize and prioritize complex issues and projects to completion
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in working with internet-based applications
  • Ability to think laterally, provide proper issue analyses, and question current processes
  • Eager to learn with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Available to Work 9:00am ET - 5:30pm ET
  • Indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team.
  • Supporting clients and the business with operational duties and all account maintenance support functions to ensure sufficient data integrity.
  • Accurately reviewing onboarding documentation, creation and maintenance of entity identifiers, user and trade accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Assisting clients on specific self service functionalities, and remaining knowledgeable on various platform integrations.
  • Providing onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts as requested to ensure a smooth and effective quality-controlled onboarding process across multiple products.
  • Strict adherence to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards for processing and closure of primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades.
  • Pro-actively identifying internal and external account and system related issues effectively.
  • Working seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans and/or additional escalations.
  • Capturing and channeling user feedback through proper communication and listening skills.
  • Partnering with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects to service our clients and facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Willing and able to crosstrain with neighboring divisions of the firm to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients.
