Global Finance - Associate (Securitization)
About The Position
The Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group. The candidates should have at least two years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions (including ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, Data Centers, esoteric and consumer assets). Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. Requirements
- At least two years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions (including ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, Data Centers, esoteric and consumer assets).
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured finance transactions.
