Requirements

  • Install, configure, and support hardware including PCs, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and specialized equipment.
  • Provide software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support.
  • Perform endpoint vulnerability remediation in alignment with security standards.
  • Support Enterprise and Business Unit (BU) project demand, including both planned and unplanned initiatives.
  • Manage PC lifecycle activities including provisioning, refresh, disposal, and asset management tasks.
  • Provide local infrastructure support for servers, network equipment, and VOIP systems.
  • Deliver on-site Smart Hands support and act as liaison with third-party vendors and internal IT support teams.
  • Perform local mobile device administration.
  • Support IT procurement processes for hardware and related services.
  • Manage access permissions including network share access.
  • Ensure local IT security compliance including communications room setup, maintenance, and access control.
  • Assist compliance and audit teams with required IT audit activities.
  • Provide satellite office IT support, including travel as required.
  • Manage and coordinate IT vendors at the site or regional level.
  • Deliver Field IT services in accordance with defined Service Level Targets (SLTs) using the Johnson Controls Service Management toolset.
  • Demonstrate proactive customer communication, strong service ownership, and a customer-focused mindset.
