About The Position

Omnicom Media is seeking an Associate, Integrated Investment to join the UM team. This entry-level role supports the media buying process for major clients and helps advance digital buying. The Associate will contribute to and help guide the buying process while partnering with leading consumer brands.

Requirements

• Passion for media and advertising.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to be flexible and work as a team player.

• 0–1 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of clients’ goals and strategies while handling ad-hoc client requests.
• Assist with entering and tracking buys and retrieving system reports.
• Manage the posting process by analyzing and monitoring network schedules and performance.
• Review billing discrepancies with buyers and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Compile research data to help planning teams ensure clients are reaching their target audiences.
• Learn to develop audience estimates for programming.
