Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an exceptional, experienced Associate to join its Telecom & Digital Infrastructure team within the Telecom, Media and Technology (“TMT”) Investment Banking group located in New York. The Telecom & Digital Infrastructure team is a market leader within the sector, with strong relationships ranging from large cap public companies to middle market private companies. The team executes high profile M&A transactions and other capital markets advisory projects for companies in the telecom, networking, fiber, broadband, cable, towers, datacenters and edge / artificial intelligence / machine learning infrastructure sectors, as well as for financial sponsors and other sources of financial capital. They advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, equity & equity-linked capital markets and debt capital markets transactions, joint ventures, balance sheet management, and other bespoke strategic & financial products. The approach focuses on building deep, collaborative, and value-additive relationships to become long-term trusted advisors. The team is entrepreneurial and centered around a collaborative, partnership-driven culture enabling professionals at all levels to build strong technical, leadership, and client facing skillsets. The broader New York-based TMT Investment Banking team is an integral component of Guggenheim’s investment banking strategy and is a fast-growing team focused on driving market share across the telecom, media, and technology verticals. Associates play an integral role in evolving and enhancing client relationships and are active participants throughout the life of a transaction and beyond. Associates benefit from the experience and partnership with Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Analysts.
